Make us charity of the year! Charity of the year programmes increases employee engagement, create opportunities for cross-team working and have a lasting impact on the charities they support. Partnering with us can be about much more than just raising money. Together we can create real, lasting change. As part of our partnership with the Kering Foundation we delivered a tailored training programme to enable their staff to respond effectively to domestic abuse.
Jacqui Kilburn, our Training Manager, who has been working in the domestic abuse sector for 30 years, highlights the importance of understanding the impact of domestic violence on the workplace and why training teams is so vital.
