What will this workshop cover?

Being able to describe the difference your service makes to the lives of survivors is crucial for project planning, evaluation and fundraising. Using the CES Planning Triangle © as a framework, this workshop will leave you feeling confident to describe your outcomes and impact, and to link this back to the work you do day to day. 

Better understanding of evaluation jargon around outcomes, outputs and impact 

Increased confidence in articulating project outcomes clearly to funders 

Greater understanding of how the CES Planning Triangle © can be used to plan new projects, and to describe existing work in outcome-focused terms. 

Who is this workshop for?

No experience with evaluation is needed to attend this course.  It is suitable for anyone who needs to write funding bids or support strategic planning within their organisation.
